Vale Da Grila Dance Village invites professional artists in the fields of dance and performance to apply for a one-week residency in 2027 — a focused, intimate and immersive time dedicated to research, creation and artistic exploration, with space to slow down, go deeper, and give full attention to the work.
We welcome professional dance and performance artists, from solo artists to groups of up to 4 performers.
We are looking for artists seeking a concentrated and intimate environment for meaningful research and creation.
Optional artistic mentoring is available during the residency, including two feedback sessions with Or Marin — offering an external eye, conversation, reflection and support throughout the creative process.
For selected residencies, the week may conclude with a performance as part of a public event for a local audience. The event may feature either a work-in-progress or a completed work, depending on the stage of the creative process.
